We want you to be fully satisfied with your Faction gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that mounted skis are considered customized and are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Place your unused skis or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the base protectors are secure.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
